Apartment layout:
The apartment consists a large living room, a bedroom, a foyer, a kitchen, a bathroom with a separate WC, and a storage closet. It is furnished with valuable antiques and designer masterpieces.
The foyer has a large window with a captivating view overlooking the courtyard. The dining table is located here. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities. The stylish, comfortable living room has a white corner sofa with coffee table, a reading chair, television with DVD-Player (cable) and a radio/CD player. We provide reading material about all events in Vienna.
The comfortable and quiet bedroom has a king sized bed. This space is ideal for relaxing after a long day. The white bathroom has a bathtub with shower.
The apartment has high-speed wireless internet.
A cleaning service is available. For the final cleaning we charge 40 EUR.

Access to public transportation:
2 underground lines, 2 streetcar lines and a bus line. (i.e. U6 Burggasse/Stadthalle; U3 Zieglergasse; streetcar lines 5 & 49; bus line 13A). Also the Westbahnhof train station is less than 10 minutes away.

It is a non-smoking apartment and we do not allow pets.

Terms:
When reserving in advance, a prepayment of 50% to our Bank Account is required and the payment of balance must be covered upon arrival.
In case of cancellation of reservation in writing three weeks before arrival date, advance deposit will be credited. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
